Hi Aaron, I didn't installed office on the sequencing machine, because it should be capable of interacting with the local system. On the error dialog box you will see Microsoft Outlook, so it is detecting Outlook but not properly. Something in your Acrobat package is overriding the local system, installing Office before sequencing would fix that. Otherwise you'll have to use ProcMon to determine what is being overridden. When the envelop or Attach to Email is clicked the following error message appears: "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the request" I've found some post with the same problems but they don't provide a solution.
On the machine Acrobat Pro was sequenced, there was no Office installed, so it might be searching for Windows Mail, which is not configured on machines that are using Acrobat Pro.
